Paul Parsons 
Lawyer and Mediator 

Paul has more than 25 years experience as a barrister and solicitor and for the past 12 years has been a mediation practitioner. Mediating in many dispute contexts, including family, estates, personal injury, W.C.B., neighbourhood, commercial, organization, business and workplace, Paul facilitates the settlement of disputes on the basis of interests, which include, but may be broader than legal rights, where an emphasis may be on peace-making, healing and rebuilding relationships in the dispute resolution process. Paul is also a member of the B.C. Mediators Roster (1998 to present), and a co-founder and past chair of the Canadian Bar Association (Victoria) Alternate Dispute Resolution Section. He lives and works from his farm in Metchosin, BC.
