Nancy Popp is a developmental psychologist and consultant, specializing in Constructive-Developmental Psychology. She has consulted to researchers, educators, clinicians, ministers, and administrators for 20 years, bringing the practical and theoretical application of the Constructive-Developmental theory to the varied arenas of her clients’ work. As a Research Fellow with Robert Kegan at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the National Center for the Study of Adult Learning and Literacy (NCSALL), Nancy also consulted to the National Institute for Literacy’s “Equipped for the Future” adult literacy initiative to create a Developmental Skills Matrix for adult literacy. Nancy draws on a wide background of interests and training to inform and ground her work—clinical psychology, Buddhist psychology, Native American spirituality, parenting, teaching, gardening, bird watching, and rock hunting. Nancy lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts with her husband and 6 year old son. She is a passionate gardener and rock-hound.
