Michael Shoop
B.A., M.A., Cert. of Conflict Analysis and Mgmt

Michael has over 20 years of experience in government with line ministries and central agencies as well as working as a private consultant. During this period he has been responsible for undertaking evaluations of sensitive public programs, establishing open consultation processes with the public and other stakeholders, negotiating federal/provincial contracts and agreements with the private sector, creating new agencies and restructuring existing ones. He has broad experience facilitating large groups and delivering workshops. Michael’s particular interest is in engaging people with disparate views, motivations and objectives to work together for a common purpose.

Michael is currently a student in the Antioch University PhD in Leadership and Change. He is focusing his studies on organizational learning, leadership development and Communities of Practice.
