Richard J. McGuigan
M.A. (Conflict Resolution), Ph.D., C.R.C.

Richard is the immediate past Executive Director of the Dispute Resolution Centre, and is the founder and Director of ICAM, where he is a faculty member. He is also an associate faculty member of the University of Victoria and is a Director of the Mediation Development Association of British Columbia. Richard received his Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution from Antioch University and has certificates in Conflict Resolution and adult training and education. He is currently a PhD. candidate, researching leadership, consciousness and conflict.
