Martine Conway 

As a practicing conflict management professional, Martine brings a wealth of experience to the Institute. In her current role as ombudsperson at the University of Victoria, she provides confidential advice, coaching and interventions in a range of conflict and complaint situations. Martine has a background in adult education and mediation. Her experience extends to community, workplace and restorative justice settings. She delivers workshops and presentations on conflict & communication, mediation, and harassment in the workplace.
