As you will see if you visit the United Nations International Year of The Potato website, the humble potato comes in many shapes, sizes and colours. If you eat a variety of potatos you will know that they are also very different in texture and flavour. Attached to this page you will find a document that contains pictures of 15 potato varieties. Find the names of each of the potato varieties (it isn't hard) , add your name and phone number to the form and bring it with you to the Homage to The Spud. You can enter to win a fabulous prize (well we think so) just by bringing your completed form.
