Is there a minimum stay?
Over the Christmas holidays we have a minimum stay (3 nights)
Are you a hotel or a condo?
Yes! We have hotel services but the suites are condominium/apartment design with full kitchens, insuite laundry, fireplace, CD/DVD. We have a common rooftop deck with lounge chairs and bbq.
Is there a charge for an additional person?
Our rates are based on the comfortable number of adults who can reside in the suite. This is published beside our rate for each suite. Our additional person charge is $20cad + 15% tax for someone (12 years and over) using the sofabed in the living room.
What is the easiest way to travel to you?
From the airport, train or bus depot, a taxi is the most efficient. We are accessible on public transit from other areas, the bus #5 and #6 stop 1/2 block from Times Square Suites.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have secure underground parking. There is a daily ($12), weekly ($60) or monthly ($120) fee. You can register for parking when you arrive. It is best to arrive in the laneway at the back of the building. Buzz #200 on the intercom in front of the white parkage garage door. You can drive your car into the parkade and check in conveniently!
Where can we buy groceries? 
There is a Safeway superstore directly across the street from us. This store has a full deli, pharmacy and Starbucks coffee.
Where is the closest coffee shop or casual meeting place?
The Spot cafe is across the street for breakfast and lunch. We have a Starbucks in the hotel. Tapastree is in our building and is a great spot to meet for dinner/tapas. Nook is also in our building and features antipasto and pasta. It is great for a cozy evening.
How far is Stanley Park?
We are 2 blocks from the path which follows the seawall 10km around Stanley Park.
Do you have daily maid service?
We have on-demand service every day. If you would like your suite freshened, simply display the maid sign and we will provide cleaning. We are happy to provide daily service or less frequently, as you desire!
How do we check in?
When you arrive by car or taxi, you will enter via the back or front entrance. You will need to press #200 on the intercom and we will give you access into the building and to the office for check in. We are available for check in 24 hours. At check in, we will process the full payment of your stay (up to 30 days).
How do we check out?
You will be given your final receipt showing $0 balance on the night prior to check out. At that time we will ask you for your departure time and we can assist with taxi arrangements or other advice. On the day of check out, you simply need to drop your key at the office.
Can we rent for more than 1 month?
Yes! We encourage extended stay guests. We are popular for those who are in Vancouver for business or to visit friends or family nearby. Monthly stays are tax exempt and are very affordable.
